Course relocation
Turfgrass Consultancy has assisted both golf courses and developers obtain the right balance for course relocations.
Turfgrass will:
- Liaise with the golf course architect and the golf club Task Committee to determine an agreeable Design Brief from the membership.
- Co-ordinate the aerial surveys and the topographical data that will lead to the creation of a 3-D computer generated flyover of the new 18 hole facility.
- Co-ordinate all elements of the computer generated flyover presentation to an existing membership
- Liaise with the golf course architect to determine the grading and earthmoving plans.
- Co-ordinate the style / graphics / mowing lines / etc. for the Flyover renderings.
- Co-ordinate the professional voice-over and background music.
- Provide a narrative on the high construction specification and answer all golf related queries regarding the style and the concept of new facility.
- Communicate regularly and host meetings with both the existing golf course Committee and the Developer throughout this process to ensure both parties are happy.
